Parent-Teacher Organization (PTO)
Hartsfield's Parent-Teacher Organization (PTO) is dedicated to strengthening the partnership between families, teachers, and our school community. The PTO supports Hartsfield by promoting open communication, organizing family engagement opportunities, and raising funds to enhance educational programs, student experiences, and school-wide activities.
There are many ways to get involved! Families can attend PTO meetings, volunteer at school events, support fundraising efforts, or share their time and talents to help make Hartsfield an even better place for our students. Financial contributions are always appreciated and are tax-deductible.
Get Involved with PTO
Hartsfield PTO is not a membership-based organization. Every parent, guardian, family member, teacher, and staff member is welcome to participate—there are no membership dues or fees.
PTO meetings are held on the third Wednesday of each month, either virtually via Zoom or in person. Meeting dates, locations, and Zoom login information are shared through the Hartsfield PTO Facebook Group.
We encourage all families to join us and become an active part of the Hartsfield community. Together, we can make a positive difference for every student!
