Extended Day Enrichment Program (EDEP) Home

During the school year, we offer on-site before-school and after-school care. The program is available to all of our enrolled students Kindergarten through 5th grade. The students are given the opportunity to do their homework as well as participate in exciting enrichment activities.

• Available to all students enrolled in Kindergarten through 5th Grade
• ALL students must have an updated and completed registration form
• Registration fee is $30. You must submit a registration form and payment to secure your child's spot.
• Registration Opens: August 7, 2026

The program is located on campus at Hartsfield Elementary Magnet School for International Studies.

Hours of Operation:

• Monday - Friday from 2:50 PM -6:00 PM
• **Please Note: There is a $1/minute late charge after 6:00 PM**

• EDEP offers before school care from 7:00 AM -7:45 AM
• Location: Cafeteria
• Drop-Off Location: Parent Drop-Off Area

EDEP FEES AND PAYMENT INFORMATION

EDEP fees are based on ten 18-day payment cycles. All payments must be made online.

Program Fees

Registration Fee: $30.00 PER CHILD

After School: $165.00 per cycle

Before School: $65.00 per cycle

After School Sibling Fee with 10% Discount: $148.50 per cycle

Before School Sibling Fee with 10% Discount: $58.50 per cycle

After School Drop-In Fee: $15.00 per day

Before School Drop-In Fee: $10.00 per day

Early Release Drop-In Fee: $20.00 per day

EDEP also accepts payments through the Early Learning Coalition.

Important Payment Information

Effective immediately, based on Leon County Schools district guidance, EDEP does not accept cash or checks as payment for Extended Day services. All payments must be made online.

All payments must be made on or before the due date.

If a payment is past due, a $10.00 late fee will be added to the account.
